Candidates may directly obtain the application form from the office of the Mayor, First floor, Office No. 50, Saselamani Satellite, Vuwani Satellite and Njhakanjhaka Hall at Hlanganani. Once you have retrieved the application form, please fill it in with your most relevant responses by typing them into the appropriate areas. All of the personal information you submit should be accurate and correspond to your actual circumstances.

Additionally, you will need to provide these certified documents:

• A prescribed bursary application form
• A letter of motivation
• Certified copies of your parents/guardians income
• A certified copy of your Matric results slip
• A certified copy of your South African identity document
• Legitimate proof of residence within Collins Chabane Municipality
• Candidates with disabilities are required to provide a legitimate proof issued by a registered medical doctor, clinic, or hospital.

All these documents should be included in your appliction dossier. Incomplete dossiers will not be accepted by the registration committee.
