Sasol is offering a 12-month programm for people with disabilities keen on uplifting their theoretical knowledge and practical experience with the company. The Sasol People with Disabilities Learnership is matched to a NQF Learnership course and practical on-site work experience to enhance the skills and job performance of entry-level learners. Learnership also includes practical on-site work experience.

Literacy, numeracy, communication, and computer abilities, as well as fundamental business ideas, are among the core skills taught. It is appropriate for those who have a Grade 12 or Matric qualification and is designed to help participants build critical professional skills. Learners will give administrative assistance to increase the efficiency of managers and the departments in general as part of the practical component of the course as part of their preparation to enter the workforce.
