WeBuyCars is offering an entry-level work position as a Receptionist in the automative industry for anybody passionate about the Administrative department. WeBuyCars is searching for an energetic, cheerful, and fully multilingual Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to help walk-in customers and with administrative responsibilities.

As a Receptionist, your job is to:

• Maintain office systems
• Assist Vehicle Buying Personnel with admin documentation
• Monthly reporting, etc.
• Assist walk-in clients & dealers
• Manage the maintenance and organization of office equipment and supplies
• Knowledge of how the Vehicle industry works (and the terminology used)
• Basic Invoicing
• Assist Vehicle Sales Personnel with admin documentation
• Serve as a liaison between the branch and Head office.

The selected receptionist will be entitled to a market related salary (Negotiable depending on experience), the necessary momentum funds at work provident funds, discovery life insurance, and an annual leave of 15 days.
