Eligibility Criteria
Candidates interested in the AfriSam Learnerships must fulfill an eligibility criteria before proceeding with their applications. The AfriSam Learnerships Eligibility Criteria are as follows:

• Unemployed youths
• Achieve Grade 12 with pure Mathematics (not Maths Literacy), Physical Science, and English, all passed
• Obtain an N2 Certificate including four relevant subjects: Mathematics, Engineering Science, and two additional subjects required by the trade
• Acquire relevant Engineering NCV Certificates with seven subjects at NQF Level 4
• Complete Technical Grade 11 with Mathematics, Science, Language, and a related trade theory subject
• Attain a relevant N6 certificate or National Technical Diploma (T, S, or N stream) directly related to the trade theory subjects
• Secure a valid driver’s license, as it will be advantageous.
