About the Absa Junior Learnership 2024
Absa is offering a learnership programme for South African candidates who are looking to obtain new knowledge and skills in a supportive full-time curriculum. The Absa Junior Learnership requires you to participate in learning programs to execute predetermined training objectives, which will maximize benefits for both personal and organizational growth. Additionally, you will need to attend and participate in all work-related experiences that align with your development objectives, as well as all training and development interventions.

You will also need to support your team and customers as needed to maintain team performance and efficiently carry out all administrative requirements, such as tracking and reporting. You will follow a defined curriculum the entire time that alternates between theoretical exams and hands-on training sessions done in actual workplace environments. You will be motivated to make significant progress toward a qualification while being guided by experienced training experts.
