Eligibility Criteria
Candidates interested in the Mercedes-Benz Graduate Development Programme must fulfill an extensive eligibility criteria. Each of these items below will determine whether you are capable enough of the graduate programme or not. To guarantee a successful registration, it is advisable that you meet all these requirements. Failure to do so will cause disadvantageous consequences towards the overall results of your applications.

The Mercedes-Benz Graduate Development Programme Eligibility Criteria are as follows:

• Officially recognized as a legitimate citizen or permanent resident of South Africa
• A recent graduate from a tertiary institution within the past 3 years
• Considered as a graduate (with a full NQF 6 qualification or above) in either one of these studies below:
  • Accounting
  • IT
  • Fraud Risk & Compliance
  • Operations
  • Sales
  • Marketing
• Has an average aggregate score of at least 65% for the tertiary qualification
• Possesses a Grade 12 qualification with distinction in either Mathematics or Physical Science (or both)
• Advantageous: a resident originating from the Eastern Cape region.
