About Rola
The Rola Group was initially created in April of 1963. Mr. MH (Kiewiet) Cloete, a farmer from Karasburg, Namibia, was on his yearly family vacation in the Strand when he met and became friends with the owner of the local Helderberg Motors, bought a car from him, and unanticipatedly discovered that he was now a 50% partner in the once-modest company. He formed a new corporation, MH Cloete Enterprises, which does business as Rola Motors. After Mr. Cloete retired in 1994, Laurie Claassen took over as the sole proprietor of the Rola Motors business. He was joined by both of his sons, Theo (who joined in 1986) and Marius (who joined in 1993).

When Laurie Claassen ultimately resigned in 2007, he left his skilled sons in charge of his rapidly expanding enterprise, which had grown over the years to become the Rola Motor Group. Since its modest beginnings, the Rola Firm has bought and traded in a variety of new and used car brands, endorsing and servicing them with the Rola customer experience of quality and honesty, through which the group has established its name.

About the Rola Learnership 2023
Rola is offering a learnership programme for candidates who are interested in learning the knowledge to start a career in the professional Motor Industry. The Somerset West-based Rola Learnership is a great learnership that gives you the grounding you need in this industry. You will follow a defined curriculum that alternates between theoretical exams and hands-on training sessions held in actual workplace settings throughout the duration of the program.
