  • Work together with the Resident Site Manager to formulate the site’s HSSE plan and assist the HOD Field Engineer in conducting Task Risk assessments
  • Assist field staff in drafting safe working method statements and risk assessments when necessary
  • Assess documents from construction contractors to ensure compliance
  • Establish and oversee a schedule of HSSE audits and inspections, including routine site and facility assessments
  • Conduct daily HSSE inspections and monthly audits of construction contractors.

General Duties as Safety Officer

  • Conduct regular inspections of work areas to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
