Liberty is offering a learnerhip programme for excited individuals who are keen on obtaining new knowledge and practical work experience in Wealth Management. The Liberty Learnership is a 12-month programme that’s designated to equip learners will the abilities and knowledge required to pave a successful career in the financial sector. Eligibility Criteria

The Liberty Learnership’s Eligibility Criteria are as follows:

• Hold South African citizenship
• Fall within the age range of 18 to 35
• Avoid permanent employment
• Not be enrolled in any other learnership or internship program
• Achieve a Matric pass
• Attain at least a 60% pass mark in English and Mathematics
• Possessing qualifications in Business Studies and Economics is advantageous
• Have no completed tertiary qualifications
• Gain 0 to 1 year of experience in a similar environment
• Demonstrate basic proficiency in Service Delivery
• Exhibit fundamental skills in Communication
• Understand basic Functional Policies and Procedures
• Engage in basic Professional/Technical learning
• Demonstrate basic organizational skills and attention to detail
• Show basic proficiency in Interpersonal Effectiveness
• Apply basic Problem Solving and Analysis skills
• Collaborate effectively in Teamwork and Cooperation
• Display a basic orientation towards customer service.
