About the Hilti HR (Human Resources) Learnership 2023
Hilti is seeking candidates who are keen on developing their future professional career in the HR (Human Resources) department to join their learnership. Providing you with the fundamentals of this industry, the Hilti HR (Human Resources) Learnership is a wonderful program. A planned curriculum that incorporates theoretical evaluations and hands-on training sessions done in actual workplace settings will be required of you throughout the whole program. You will be motivated to demonstrate significant improvement as you pursue a qualification under the direction of qualified training professionals.

You will play a crucial role in all operational, personnel, process, and activity decisions made by the HR team. You will also work closely with their Regional (or HUB) HR operations team as part of their shared services model.

In addition to designing and executing HR policies and procedures, as well as short- and long-term HR key projects, you will help the HRBP and their L&D team in all pertinent administrative responsibilities.
