• Maintain a daily SAP debriefing function for all shipments
• Look into unanswered pods

• Following debriefing, process stock credits
• Look into questions about credit requests and inconsistencies
• Reconcile the weekly reports and the gasoline slips
• Complete a credit check, and often interact with the sales team
• Investigate stock inquiries in the sites of damages, returns, debriefing, and claims
• Helping clients with stock order collections.
