The Thales Ticker Learnership is a 12-month contract. The learnership is comprised of work experience and a training course.   • Make sure that the checked cards match the tick sheets and pack them into boxes according to the customers’ specifications
  • Maintain a comprehensive notebook and audit trail, including quantities, descriptions, dates, and times
  • Pack boxes into bins and load them onto the lift along with all the necessary paperwork
  • Coordinate with team leaders and supervisors to address any quality issues that may arise
  • Ensure that no secure cards are left behind near or around the equipment or workplace at the end of the shift
  • Thoroughly explain the reasons for any waste generated during the process
  • Monitor the process to identify any non-conforming products
  • Accurately document the quantity of non-conforming products and provide the reasons for their occurrence
  • Keep the work area clean and remove empty boxes at the end of the shift
  • Maintain safety standards throughout the work period
  • Ensure that work tickets are signed off upon completing each job during the shift
  • Immediately report any problems experienced to the supervisor
  • Perform additional assignments as directed by management as needed.
