About the PG Group WIL (Work Intergrated Learning) 2026
PG Group is offering Work Integrated Learning programmes based in 9 provinces for South African individuals who wish to garner new knowledge in the career.  As a participant, you will be given the necessary work experience and opportunities to expose yourself to the inner workings of Operational Divisions all over South Africa. On top of that, you will be responsible for professional operational/technical functions, relevant duties in the business area, and obtaining new knowledge that will benefit you in the long run.

Below are some of the tasks and duties you must perform throughout the programme:

• Seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to serve as the first point of contact for clients. The role involves managing inbound calls, emails, and other channels, resolving queries promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience

• Appoint a professional to manage the Fitment Centre front desk, provide operational support, and assist customers and staff. The role ensures compliance with corporate standards, oversees internal sales processing, and assumes leadership responsibilities when the Fitment Centre Manager is absent
• Provide administrative and operational support to the HR and Finance departments

3. Additional Qualifications

• Verify that you hold South African citizenship
• Confirm your age falls between 18 and 29 years (and that you are at least 18)
• Avoid applying if you have previously participated in a YES4Youth programme
• Stay currently unemployed at the time of application
• Keep a record free of any criminal offenses
• Exhibit strong attention to detail, precision, and efficiency
• Display self-drive and a proactive approach to tasks
• Possess a valid driver’s license if available (considered an advantage).
