About the KZN Dept of Health
The KwaZulu-Natal Department of Health is a governmental institution whose mission is to develop and implement a sustainable, coordinated, integrated, and comprehensive health system at all levels, based on the Primary Health Care approach and delivered through the District Health System, in order to ensure universal access to health care for all.

At this point, the departments are continuing to improve the effectiveness of the health-care system by completing the finalization of enabling policies, frameworks, systems, and processes in order to create an enabling environment for efficient service delivery, as well as improved leadership and management at all levels of the health-care system in order to ensure efficient use of limited resources.

To indicate that you are unemployed, please provide a signed affidavit issued by the Commissioner of Oath that states you have not benefited from the internship preciously.
