About the IQbusiness People with Disabilities Learnerships 2023-2024
IQbusiness is offering keen applicants with disabilities a total of X9 positions for their 12-month learnership programmes in several different study fields. The IQbusiness People with Disabilities Learnerships program offers a valuable combination of practical work experience and comprehensive training courses. This program is specifically designed to provide individuals with disabilities the opportunity to enhance their skills and gain valuable knowledge in a professional setting. The learnerships will officially begin on 1 August 2023, marking the start of an enriching journey for the participants.

The IQbusiness People with Disabilities Learnerships is available for the following study fields:

• X2 Account Management
• X1 Human Resources
• X2 Enterprise & Supplier Development
• X1 Business Management
• X2 Data Centre
• X1 Marketing

During the entire duration of the learnership, successful candidates will receive a stipend (salary) as a form of financial support. Moreover, they will be provided with a laptop and mobile data to facilitate their learning and participation in the program.

To ensure a smooth start, a comprehensive onboarding process will be offered to all learners at the commencement of the program, equipping them with the necessary information and resources to thrive in their roles.  As part of the learnership, participants will have access to various training courses, including Project Management NQF 4, which will enhance their skills and broaden their knowledge base.

The learnership will be conducted in a 50/50 hybrid format, with participants spending time both in the office at Microsoft SA and remotely. Additionally, learners can expect monthly formal training sessions that will take place over 2 to 3 consecutive days, from 9 am to 3 pm, for a duration of 10 months. These training sessions will provide a focused learning environment for participants to delve deeper into the subject matter and further develop their expertise.

Eligibility Criteria

  • BA HR, Legal, Business, Psychology or related;
