The Eskom Artisan Learnerships is opening up a total of X38 positions across three fields to ensure everyone receives the opportunity to be more prepared for the competitive career world.

During the course of the four-year training program, you will be required to follow a predetermined curriculum that is comprised of both theoretical examinations and practical working sessions that are carried out in an actual working environment. As you make your way toward a qualification, you will be provided with the direction and assistance of trained professionals who will urge you to demonstrate enormous progress.

The Eskom Artisan Learnerships Eligibility Criteria are as follows:
1. Basic Qualifications

• Must have a Technical Grade 12/N3 Engineering/NCV Level 4 qualification
• Must obtain at lesat 50% for Maths, 50% for Physical Science, and 40% for English.

2. Personal Attributes

• Abilities in both oral and written forms of communication
• Maintain a mindset of self-discipline and conscientiousness
• Have a significant amount of initiative and drive
• Have emotional resilience
• Take precautions, and demonstrate responsibility and dedication
• Basic knowledge of computer literacy
• Possess the capacity to engage in labor that is physically demanding
• Possess the ability to work at elevated positions
• A demonstrated ability to contribute effectively to a group effort is required.
