Broll is seeking for candidates who would like to work for the established company as a professioal Millwright in a contract poistion based in Midrang, Gauteng. The Millwright position at Broll Property entails providing comprehensive support to Broll’s technical services team, ensuring that daily tasks are executed to meet specified performance standards. You’ll be expected to work a five-day shift, starting at 6:00 AM and concluding at 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Additionally, you may need to be on call during weekends to attend to any emergency situations as necessary.

Additionally, you will be required to perform the duties below:

  • Document all job instructions meticulously onto the Broll platform or on a designated job card.
  • Complete all administrative tasks promptly and with thorough attention to detail immediately upon finishing the job or task.
  • Double-check job information with support staff to ensure accuracy, facilitating office support staff in task completion and invoicing.
  • Leave all work areas clean and orderly after finishing any assigned task.
  • Confirm with the client upon task completion to ensure satisfaction and ascertain that the work meets their expectations.
  • Manage all vehicle inventory and maintain records of stock usage through the digital platform.
  • Promptly report any unsafe conditions to your supervisor and ensure follow-up until resolution.
  • Be prepared for overtime or weekend work as necessitated by the schedule, with notification provided by your supervisor when such work is required.
  • Inform clients of committed appointment times and promptly communicate any deviations from agreed-upon schedules to both clients and office support staff.

  • Immediately report any incidents or accidents to your supervisor and office support, ensuring same-day reporting of injuries and police notification within 24 hours for vehicle accidents.

  • Identify and communicate any unsafe conditions to clients while performing your duties.
  • Perform services according to client requests and approved quotes, informing clients of any additional work and associated costs with supervisor and office support notification.
  • Maintain professionalism at all times, exhibiting politeness and clarity in your interactions with clients.
  • Always use correct and safe tools for tasks, ensuring they are in proper working condition.
  • Regularly conduct tool checks and file check reports to support safe operation of equipment.
