About the UD Trucks YES (Youth Employment Service) Programmes 2023
UD Trucks is looking for unemployed candidates who are interested in joining a 12-month contract basis programme as a TMA Technical Support or Legal Secretary. Your responsibilities include the following:

1. TMA Technical Support

• Offer technical and practical support as necessary for the day-to-day operations of SVD
• Retrieve faulty components or samples from dealers
• Examine and test defective components as needed
• Coordinate activities with external testing laboratories or test houses
• Advocate for the utilization of accurate testing methods and appropriate tools
• Issue timely TMA (Technical Material Analysis) test reports and promptly raise any obstacles
• Collaborate with PQE (Product Quality Engineering), RE (Reliability Engineering), WSL (Workshop), PQL (Product Quality Lab), SV (Service), QW (Quality Warehouse), WH (Warehouse), Dealers, UDTO (UD Trucks Development Office), and external test labs
• Collaborate with the AMA parts coordinator to arrange the shipment of parts to the supplier’s location or the Distribution Center in Bangalore
• Ensure that tools are calibrated regularly and at designated intervals
• Work closely with the TMA Manager to effectively plan testing and inspection schedules for optimal departmental output.

2. Legal Secretary

• Assist in commercial litigation cases by drafting briefs for external counsel, coordinating with attorneys, participating in consultations and court hearings
• Provide assistance in labor and disciplinary issues by composing charge sheets, organizing evidence packages, formulating arguments, and communicating with external lawyers
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and create opinion drafts
• Generate preliminary versions of agreements
• File and manage contract documentation, monitor contract components in databases and spreadsheets, duplicate files, and offer administrative backing for ongoing litigation
• Additionally, extend company secretarial assistance.
