About the Training Force Learnership 2024
Training Force is providing a learnership programme for South African applicants for physically disabled candidates who have not been in a learnership before. The Training Force Learnership is an exceptional learnership that will provide you with the foundational knowledge you need for this industry.

Throughout the course of the program, you will be required to follow a well-organized curriculum that includes both theoretical tests and practical working sessions that are carried out in an environment that simulates a real-world business. As you make your way toward a certification, you will be provided with the direction and assistance of trained professionals who will urge you to demonstrate enormous progress.

The Training Force Learnership is currently offering X75 positions.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates interested in the Training Force Learnership must fulfill an eligibility criteria before proceeding with their applications. Each of these items below will determine whether you have what it takes to proceed with this learnership. To guarantee a successful application, candidates are advised to meet all of the following requirements. The Training Force Learnership Eligibility Criteria are as follows:

  • Ensure South African citizenship
  • Currently between 18-28 years old
  • Demonstrate proficiency in English
  • Acquire basic computer skills
  • Be unemployed and not enrolled in studies
  • Successfully complete Grade 12
  • Fulfill Contact Centre NQF 2/Business Admin NQF 3 Learnership requirements
  • Maintain a clean criminal record.

  • A certified copy of your Identity Document
  • Proof of highest grade passed (Grade 12)
  • A SARS Tax Clearance letter
  • A legitimate proof of your bank account
  • A legitimate proof of disability

All these documents should be included in your applications. Incomplete applications will automatically be disquaified from the registration process.

By submitting your applications, you are granting the selection committee permission to use your personal information for registration reasons. This authorization is given when you send in your applications.

To confirm that the individuals being considered are legitimate, further screening and review processes will be performed on the applications. Anyone who is found to have lied about any component of their applications will be kicked out of the registration period.

Candidates are required to complete the application procedure using the portal that was supplied above. The selection committee will not consider any submissions that were made by other means, such as hand delivery or faxing in the application.

Closing Date
Applications for the Training Force Learnership must be submitted before the closing date on 01 April 2024.

Make sure you secure your application as soon as possible by registering early. The purpose behind this is to ensure that you have a safe position during the recruitment phase (however, it doesn’t guarantee immediate success).

The selection committee has zero-tolerance for candidates who send in their applications late. All submissions sent past the closing date will automatically be disqualified.
