Sibanye-Stillwater Learnership Requirements

• Obtain a Grade 10/AET-3 or an equivalent NQF educational qualification (excluding mathematics literacy)
• Accumulate at least 24 months of production experience
• Ensure you are medically fit to work in the designated business area
• Maintain a clear security screening record
• Hold a valid driver’s license (if required).
