• Verify the validity of transactions by cross-checking and confirming the accuracy of various source documents when receiving and issuing goods
• Properly allocate, store, and stack stock items based on product requirements and best storage practices, including the appropriate storage of hazardous materials and displaying
• Materials Safety Data Sheets as required
• Record and accurately capture receipt information in the system to maintain the integrity and completeness of stock-related data
• Generate labels/barcodes and affix them to items for accurate identification and proper storage
• Correctly bin and store items according to the stock system, ensuring efficient organization and retrieval
• Pick stock in a timely and accurate manner based on requisitions to ensure availability for internal clients
• Record and capture stock issuing information in the system to maintain accurate and comprehensive stock data
• Perform daily housekeeping activities in accordance with organizational requirements to maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Conduct regular cycle and stock counts as per company policies and standards, including any ad-hoc counts that may be required
• Conduct daily vehicle checks in accordance with company regulations and promptly report any deviations to the Store’s Controller
• Safely operate mobile lifting equipment when receiving and issuing goods, adhering to safety protocols and operating procedures.
