LWR International is offering a Systems Development learnership specifically for people with disabilities who are interested in Information Technology. The LWR International Systems Development (Coding) Learnership is a 12-month opportunity based in Gauteng that allows participants to acquire new theoretical knowledge and practical working skills by being involved directly in the company environment.

As a learner, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

  • Participating in the research, design, and implementation processes of upcoming software
  • Assessing incoming programs
  • Taking note of the areas requiring immediate modification and working on them
  • Deploying the necessary coding
  • Creating operational practicality for their software
  • Fulfilling quality assurance processes
  • Utilising the supporting software resources and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria
