About the Ster-Kinekor Theatres Learnership 2021-2022
Ster-Kinekor Theatres is offering wonderful leanership opportunities for 20 South African individuals who are passionate about the local movie theatre industry. The Ster-Kinekor Theatres Learnership is a programme welcomes unemployed youths to attain an accredited qualification by undergoing through a series of structured training sessions. Conducted over the course of 12 months, learners will spend their months attending learning programmes in a classroom setting. After learners have developed a concrete theoretical understanding of the industry, they will be transferred to a workplace to implement their knowledge into practical working sessions.

The Ster-Kinekor Theatres Learnership is an accredited programme that is under the supervision of the South African Qualifications Authority. Once a candidate is selected to be a learner, you will be required to sign a contractual agreement. This will bind the learner with the employer, training provider and SETA as parties of the programme. To attain the qualification from the learnership, learners will need to finish at least 120 credits.
