Successful candidates will embark on a journey of on-the-job training, tailored to enhance their expertise in a specific agricultural domain while acquiring new skills along the way.

Upon successfully finishing the program, participants will be awarded a certificate highlighting their level of accomplishment. This certification will be registered on the National Qualification Framework (NQF), ensuring its national recognition. This NQF qualification serves as a valuable asset, empowering candidates to pursue permanent employment opportunities within their chosen agricultural sector or to further their education in the field.

• Obtain a Grade 12 qualification with proficiency in Afrikaans, English, and Mathematics and/or Accounting.
