About the NWK Learnerships 2024
NWK is offering NQF Level 4 learnerships for South African individuals interested in Business Administration, as well as Wholesale and Retails Operations. The NWK Learnerships, conducted in Lichtenburg, consists of a structured learning curriculum that combines both theoretical assessments and practical working sessions. Each learnership is conducted for a total duration of one year, in which learners are expected to fully commit themselves to. Guided by a professional training provider, learners will work their way up towards their respective qualification. Upon successful completion, not only will you receive an NQF Level 4 certificate, but you will be transformed into a valuable asset in the eyes of your future employers.

The available NWK Learnerships are as follows:

1. Systems Analyst (NQF 4)
NWK is actively seeking enthusiastic individuals who possess a passion for technology and are keen to acquire practical experience in a nurturing and innovative setting.

Additionally, you will be required to perform the duties below:

  • Thoroughly analyze existing computer systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest enhancements to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehend their system needs and requirements.
  • Document precise business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and implement test plans to validate the functionality and integrity of computer systems.
  • Detect and resolve issues or discrepancies through comprehensive testing and collaboration with IT teams.
  • Offer training and support to end-users, ensuring they possess the knowledge and skills to navigate the systems.
  • Enhance user documentation continually and furnish clear instructions for system usage.
  • Cooperate with IT and other pertinent stakeholders to ensure systems are secure and comply with applicable regulations and policies.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in computer system security.

Eligibility Criteria
The NWK Learnerships is encouraging candidates of different walks of life to be a part of the programmes. Candidates are expected to provide accurate personal details about themselves during registration. Any necessary documents or qualifications should correctly reflect your current conditions as well. Failure to comply to these will disqualify your applications from the registration period.
