Job Description as Storekeeper

• Receive, unpack, verify, and place all incoming stock in designated bins.
• Confirm the absence of damage, verify part numbers, and ensure correct labeling before placing items in bins.
• Guarantee that the Admin department receives all relevant documentation complete with signatures.
• Maintain the accuracy of binning processes.
• Update bin locations according to OEM specifications and standards.
• Pick all parts based on a computerized invoice (unless otherwise specified) and deliver them to the authorized recipient.
• Inspect outgoing parts for any damage before handing them over to the appropriate person.
• Ensure the accuracy of the picking process.
• Adhere to all safety and security policies established by the Company.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized at all times.
• Assist with both perpetual and periodic stock counts.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required from time to time.
• Be open to working overtime during stocktaking and deliver parts to various destinations, including outside suppliers, other branches, panel shop customers, and regular customers.
• Inspect vehicles for defects, ensure they are securely locked, and check for damages and general roadworthiness.
• Report all accidents and traffic offenses promptly.
• Fulfill any other reasonable duties assigned by the department.
• Collect parts from other branches, customers, and outside suppliers, ensuring their condition is maintained during transit.
