• Devise supply strategies to optimize inventory turns and minimize stockouts.
• Develop and continuously assess reports, covering purchase orders, sales history, seasonal sales analysis, aged inventory, and liquidation plans.
• Maintain communication with VANS stores as needed.
• Monitor VANS in-season trade and respond accordingly.
• Create seasonal line lists for each VANS store.
• Analyze Market Place sales data to ensure the right products are available at the appropriate time.
• Understand and manage desired inventory levels, inventory turns, open-to-buy (OTB), and assortments.
• Ensure plans are in place to align with consumer trends, marketing launches, promotional activities, etc.
• Supervise shipping, receiving, and warehousing of merchandise.
• Establish and uphold an integrated planning process that considers customer demand, upselling opportunities, end-of-life (EOL) products, and management guidance (OTB) to plan for future seasons.
• Develop and maintain inventory reporting, covering achievements against targets, margins, inventory health, shipping schedules compared to SAP, etc.
• Place purchase orders both before and during the season.
• Track and report on order progress.
• Handle setup for GTM (Go-To-Market), SKUs (Stock Keeping Units), pricing, and order forms.
• Maintain an accurate ATS (Available to Sell) that is frequently updated and published.
• Provide assistance with pricing structures for staff purchases and sample sales when required.
• Maintain a professional image while at the office and during travel.
  Assist with any adhoc duties as needed.
