• Currently a permanent resident of Buffalo City Metropolitan Municaplity
• Shows legitiamte proof of residence
• Must have a Matric qualification with a minimum of these following scores:
  • English (D 50-59%)
  • Maths (C 60-69%)
  • Accounting and Physical Science/NCV Level 4 Certificate with Mathematics
• Preferably between 14-35 years old
• Preferably originating from underprivileged backgrounds
• Students with disabilities are highly encouraged to register for the bursaries.

Candidates can obtain the application form at any Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality Youth Advisory Centers within the Community Support Centers in Buffalo City Metropolitan Municaplity, i.e. Mdantasne Library Complex, King William’s Town Civic Centre, Duncan Village Art Centre and in East London Trust Centre Building 7th Floor Office Number 706.

Please fill out the application form with your most relevant responses by typing them into the appropriate areas. All of the personal information you submit should be accurate and correspond to your actual circumstances.

The information you provide will be reviewed by the whole selection committee, which will include you. As a result, you should double-check to ensure that there is no fictitious information. If there is any evidence that applicants are giving false information, they may be placed in a hazardous position.

• South African Identity Document
• Proof of residency in Buffalo City Municipality or a letter confirming your residency issued by the ward councilor.
