About the FirstRand Learnership 2024
FirstRand is seeking candidates who would like to obtain theoretical knowledge and practical skills through their professional and qualified learnership programme. The FirstRand Learnership is a developmental role where the incumbent will pursue a formal, registered qualification while simultaneously gaining practical work experience. Throughout the employment period, the Learner will be tasked with completing various assignments to achieve predefined work objectives, including research, analysis, administration, and process and project work, all of which contribute value to the business area.
The Learner is required to fulfill all the criteria of the qualification program. Furthermore, essential work-related training will be provided as needed to aid the Learner’s development and enhance performance. Throughout the program, you will follow a structured curriculum that integrates both theoretical assessments and practical working sessions within a real-time company environment.
