  • File all delivery notes and provide support for occasional receiving tasks
  • Verify document accuracy and maintain correct number sequencing in the system
  • Electronically retrieve invoices for receiving processes and match them with delivery notes and orders
  • Process and manage various claims, including warranty claims and damaged or expired stock
  • Foster positive relationships with internal and external clients and address any client concerns
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports from the system on various topics such as outstanding claims and stock levels
  • Assist with quarterly stock-taking and generate related reports
  • Record stock count sheets in the system accurately
