• Study or have the intention to study towards a qualification within one of the listed fields of study in 2024.
• Study or be enrolled in any recognized and accredited tertiary institution in South Africa (University, College, or FET College).
• Hail from a disadvantaged community.
• Ensure your parents or guardians are unemployed, classified as indigent, or earning less than R3,500 per month.
• Demonstrate financial need and an inability to afford tertiary studies without financial support.
• Do not be a child of a councillor or official.
