  • Ensure that you provide certified copies of your Identity document (ID) as well as those of your parents or guardians, including the relevant death certificate if applicable.
  • Include a certified copy of your Matric certificate along with your ongoing academic progress report if you are currently pursuing a course of study.
  • Provide documentation demonstrating your parents’ or legal guardians’ income and an expenditure statement. If they are unemployed, present a letter from the Department of Labor confirming their status, accompanied by relevant financial documentation such as payslips, receipts, or bank statements.
  • Furnish documentation confirming your registration or an acceptance letter from the higher learning institution you plan to attend, in addition to supporting evidence of your CAO application.
