• Officially a South African citizen
• Is not above 35 years old
• Owns a Grade 12 qualification
• Available for the entire 6 months of the programme
• Originating from the areas of Tumahole, Schonkenville, and Parys
• Youths, women, and people with disabilities are highly encouraged to register.
