About the AVI Supply Chain Traineeship 2023-2024
AVI is offering a traineeship programme in three different locations for candidates who are willing to develop their skills in the Supply Chain field. The AVI Supply Chain Traineeship is a comprehensive 12-month program designed to provide you with valuable experiential learning. Throughout this period, you will gain hands-on exposure to various aspects of FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) Supply Chain, including inbound logistics and the processes and procedures that drive the supply chain.

As a trainee, you will have the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in real working environments, allowing you to apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations. This exposure will enable you to develop a deep understanding of supply chain operations. Furthermore, the program encourages active involvement and prompts you to think creatively to devise alternative solutions for authentic business challenges. This fosters a dynamic learning environment where your problem-solving skills are honed, preparing you for real-world scenarios.

Throughout your journey, you will receive continuous mentorship, guidance, and support from experienced professionals. Eligibility Criteria

  • Pursue a 2-year Supply Chain or Logistics Diploma, with a mandatory 1-year in-service training to finalize your studies.
