  • Acquire N2 Mathematics, N2 Engineering Science, N2 Plating Structural Steel Drawings, and N2 Platers Trade Theory qualifications to be eligible for consideration in the specified engineering trade for your application.
  • Ensure your fitness for the position and environment by undergoing a risk-based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye-Stillwater Occupational Health Care Centre.
  • Participate in an interview process and psychometric assessment, both of which will be influential in the allocation of learnerships for successful applicants.
  • Fulfill all entry-level requirements before your application can be taken into consideration.
  • Refrain from applying if you hold a Section 28 or 26D Trade Certificate or are currently engaged in another Learnership, as these situations will lead to disqualification.
