About the BankSETA Letsema Learnership 2021-2022
BankSETA is offering a learnership programme for South African individuals who are interested in obtaining a credible work foundation in the organisation. The BankSETA Letsema Learnership is a wonderful opportunity that allows bright-minded citizens to develop a strong knowledge of their chosen career paths. Throughout the learnership, participants will be subjected to a structured curriculum that combines both theoretical assessments and practical working sessions. With the help of professional training experts, you will be encouraged to show immense progress and be given the necessary feedback to work on.
The BankSETA Letsema Learnership is offering a one-year programme for individuals in the Banking Service Advice field. Learners are expected to fully commit their time and effort throughout the entire duration of the programme. Upon successful completion of the learnership, participants will be entitled to an NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking Service Advice – provided that you show remarkable progress throughout the programme. In addition, you will be entitled to a monthly stipend of R3,500 to support your journey.

The BankSETA Letsema Learnership Eligibility Criteria are as follows:
1. Basic Requirements
- A valid certified copy of your Grade 12 Certificate with at least a score of 50% for English and
- Accounting or Mathematics, or at least a score of 60% for Maths Literacy
- Unemployed during the time of learnership
- Has a clear credit and criminal track record
- Below 35 years old at 1 July 2021
- Not taking part in a learnership at the moment
- Is not undergoing any studies from 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022
- Applicants considered as People with Disabilities must provide an official medical certificate to confirm their disability
- Officially recognized as a citizen of South Africa (provide a legitimate South African Identity Document).
