  • Perform various greenhouse activities under the guidance of the Greenhouse Team Leader, including:
    • Watering planted crates.
    • Removing foliage from plants.
    • Rejuvenating crates.
    • Transporting crates.
    • Monitoring and clearing irrigation nozzles for proper functioning.
    • Keeping records of planting dates and Mycorrhizae species in greenhouses.
    • Scouting for insects and plant diseases.
    • Applying crop protection spray.
    • Applying crop nutrition spray.
    • Controlling rodents/pests.
    • Managing weed control.
    • Conducting minor maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor the climatic environment inside the greenhouses and control it to the best extent possible.
  • Ensure that all greenhouse equipment used is maintained at a high level of efficiency and promptly report any maintenance-related issues to the Greenhouse Team Leader.
  • Maintain effective housekeeping practices in and around the greenhouses, as well as for all plants and processes.
  • Assist the Production team during staff shortages or high-pressure periods by participating in production activities such as:
    • Harvesting planting crates.
    • Sowing planting crates.
    • Maintaining cleanliness in the Production area.
  • Support Team Leaders in conducting trials within the greenhouses.
