Candidates interested in the Afrimat Learnerships must fulfill an eligibility criteria before proceeding with their applications. The Afrimat Learnerships Eligibility Criteria are as follows:
1. Basic Requirements
- Has a Grade 12 qualification
- N1 – N3 relevant to trade
- Residing in Western APE
- Own your own vehicle (advantageous)
- Owns a legitimate Driver’s License (advantageous)
2. Personal Attributes
- Motivated by technical considerations
- Outstanding abilities in both oral and written communication
- Capable of performing work with precision
- Sincere as well as dependable
- Able to adjust to new situations
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints is required
- A working knowledge of computers
- Willing to go on trips.
Important note: Candidates are required to demonstrate that they meet both the Mine Health and Safety Act’s and the company’s own medical fitness standards in order to be considered.
