About the SuperLead YES (Youth Employment Service) 2023-2024
SuperLead is offering a YES (Youth Employment Service) programme to unemployed candidates who require further training and coaching to take professional work. The SuperLead YES (Youth Employment Service) is a 12-month programme that will enrich youwith the necessary opportunities to learn new skills, be involved in a variety of projects, and work together with dynamic team members.

During the programme, you will be expected to undertake the following responsibilities:

• Employ tools for data mining, financial modeling, value analysis, market research, and gathering business intelligence to do quantitative and qualitative analysis that supports recommendations
• Collaborate with client team members to clearly outline issues and come up with solutions that satisfy their needs and enhance the customer’s enterprise
• Combine analysis’s findings, and giving clients full answers
• Create and present a thorough implementation strategy for suggested modifications, working with customers to answer any issues and guarantee a smooth implementation.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations for clients that are intriguing and visually appealing
• In all your endeavors, uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics while acting honorably and with a commitment to greatness
• Attend workshops, training sessions, and other educational opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills and keep current with market trends
• Make a contribution to the company’s ongoing process and system development by utilizing your knowledge and creativity to effect change.

The training will help you to do the following duties better:

• Take steps to tackle confusing situations by structuring them
• Use both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to combine clear takeaways and suggestions from complicated material
• Effectively collaborate with multiple teams to develop the best solution and inspire individuals and organizations to take action

Eligibility Criteria

The SuperLead YES (Youth Employment Service) Eligibility Criteria are as follows:

• Officially recognized as a citizen of South Africa
• Does not have any prior criminal track record
• Currently unemployed
• Between 18-29 years old
• Considered as a “Black People” as according to the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003 as amended by Act 46 of 2013
• Proven fluency in English
• Has not participated in a YES program prior to this one
• Has a Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
• Ability to quickly comprehend new ideas and work efficiently
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
• A capacity for both independence and teamwork
• Demonstrated capacity for time management and deadline adherence.
• Advantageous:
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel from the Microsoft Suite
  • Exemplary client service, a strong work ethic, and intellectual curiosity
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a creative, imaginative, and analytical mentality.
