About the Nexio Technical Assistant Learnership 2023
Nexio is providing candidates the chance to obtain theoretical and practical knowledge in the work field of Technicial Assistant with their learnership. Participants of the Nexio Technical Assistant Learnership will undergo training and mentorship at our Network Management Centre (Telecommunications). This center is responsible for Event Management and Incident Management round the clock, operating 24/7.

Throughout the Nexio Technical Assistant Learnership, you will be required to perform the following duties:

• Observe and monitor network alarms
• Log incidents promptly for received alarms
• Hand over incidents to appropriate resolving parties in a timely manner
• Facilitate site access calls and track faults on the trouble ticketing system
• Manage and close incidents following the Fault management procedure
• Comprehend all key performance indicators
• Respond to an agreed percentage of voice calls and emails within the allocated service time.
