Digby Wells is offering a YES (Youth Employment Service) programme for candidates who are interested in upgrading their skills for their future career. Youth unemployment in South Africa is a problem that the Digby Wells Environmental YES (Youth Employment Service) program seeks to address and remedy. The CARE value of Digby Wells Environmental supports the YES program’s mission of introducing young people to economic opportunities by encouraging a sincere concern in other people’s well-being. A 12-month work experience and several learning opportunities will be offered to qualifying participants through this program.

At the moment, the Digby Wells Environmental YES (Youth Employment Service) is available for the following fields:

• Project Management

• Stakeholder Engagement
• Finance
• Social Sciences

Eligibility Criteria
