  • Produce accurate and timely reports, letters, and memorandums through typing
  • Timely submission of all claims, arranging travel, and securing accommodation bookings
  • Organize passport and other required documents for overseas travel
  • Compile and consolidate monthly returns
  • Manage the supply of stationery for the Divisional Commissioner’s office
  • Ensure timely distribution of mail and circulars, maintaining up-to-date registers, and making copies of relevant documents
  • Handle routine correspondence promptly, including sending and receiving emails, answering and making telephone calls on behalf of the Divisional Commissioner, and professionally taking direct messages
  • Provide support during meetings of the Divisional Commissioner, including minute-taking.
  • Facilitate leave management within the Divisional Commissioner’s office
  • Ensure accurate data capturing
  • Safeguard documents and information in compliance with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act)
  • Efficiently manage the brought forward system to ensure tasks are properly tracked and followed up.
