• Possess Grade 11 or an equivalent qualification with Maths and Science
• Demonstrate essential interpersonal communication skills
• Exhibit flexibility (able to work rotating shifts)
• Be able to work underground
• Hold South African citizenship
• Maintain a clear criminal record
• Be 18 years old or above
• Have competency “B” and “A”
• Possess underground experience in stoping and development
• Have a background in trackless mining
• Have experience as a team leader in both stoping and development
• Show eagerness to learn and be a self-driven individual
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Be a team player and work independently.
