Ellahi Consulting is offering 12-month learnership programmes for candidates in different studies fields for anyone interested in improving their abilities. Ellahi Consulting Learnerships are in search of dynamic and customer-focused Graduate Interns who are not only passionate and innovative but also possess relevant completed Degrees. These sought-after individuals will be placed in various departments spanning diverse business units within the organization. The Ellahi Consulting Learnerships are available for the fields below, along with the following tasks:
1. Customer Engagement / Marketing
- Implement the stakeholder engagement strategy by internally managing projects, which involves establishing project or working groups for each stakeholder and coordinating with key internal stakeholders or project owners.
- Foster innovation through strategic initiatives, creating a relevant idea bank, and integrating these ideas into the long-term business strategy. Specific areas of focus include programs to drive innovation among staff, E-commerce solutions, digital gift cards, and other ideas/projects.
- Oversee administrative projects within the internal marketing department with a strategic focus.
- Formulate and submit a budget for the corporate marketing department.
- Design, execute, and oversee a payment process within the marketing department that aligns with business policies and processes.
- Revise the strategy for the Mentorship Challenge and realign it with business objectives.
- Develop and present a strategy, budget, and project plan for the Mentorship Challenge’s new direction.
2. Company Secretarial Assistant
- Oversee the management and distribution of internal and external correspondence within the secretarial department.
- Ensure timely approval and forwarding of secretarial documents, resolutions, minutes, CoR forms, etc., to the appropriate parties.
- Type all secretarial documentation, complete resolution templates, and CoR forms for submission to the Company Secretary.
- Assist in the review of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, and draft relevant resolutions accordingly.
- Implement and uphold quality assurance guidelines for secretarial documentation.
- Coordinate the signature process for all documents involving relevant stakeholders.
- Schedule and organize meetings as required by the secretarial department.
- Prepare all necessary documentation in advance of meetings.
- Assist in minute-taking during meetings and ensure timely typing and distribution of minutes.
- Address and follow through on administration queries and requests with the relevant stakeholders.
3. Leasing Administration
- Maintain, track, and manage the process flow of original documentation while staying informed about the lease status of all leases within the area of responsibility, actively driving the process to completion.
- Ensure the expedient and proper following of due processes, especially in relation to new lease agreements and renewals. This includes conducting creditworthiness checks and obtaining FICA and other relevant documentation.
- Administer all lease processes effectively to ensure compliance and adherence.
- Generate comprehensive operational and management reports with hands-on knowledge regarding the status of vacancies and leasing activities within the designated area of responsibility.
- Assist in accurately and comprehensively inputting each lease agreement into the property management system, maximizing the utility of the database and facilitating the recoupment of maximum value from tenants.
- Aid in the negotiation and finalization of lease agreements.
- Provide general administrative support and manage documents for the leasing and administrative department.
- Assist in conducting market research related to property information specific to the designated node.
4. Facilities Planner
- Support the Facilities Manager by handling all administrative functions within the Facilities Division.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee administrative functions as needed.
- Manage, control, log, and streamline all maintenance calls, ensuring follow-through to completion.
- Perform administrative duties and engage with tenants to ensure timely and responsive resolution of complaints.
- Assist in obtaining quotes and issuing orders to service providers.
- Collect, check, and compile all invoices received from vendors and suppliers, preparing paperwork for submission to the finance department to ensure timely payments are made to tenants, suppliers, and the body.
Candidates will be entitled to a salary of R9 000 per month.
Thee learnership will be conductd from 22 January 2024 – 31 December 2024.
