Eligibility Criteria
Before moving forward with their applications, candidates who have expressed interest in the Harmony Gold WIL (Work Integrated Learning) program are required to demonstrate that they meet certain eligibility requirements. • Currently below 35 years old
• Originating from the districts below:
  • North West: Dr Kenneth Kaunda/Mafikeng/Moqhaka
  • Free State: Lejweleputswa/Matjhabeng/Masilonyana
  • Gauteng: City of Johannesburg/Merafong City/West Rand
• In order to be eligible to apply for the program, applicants must be either graduates or diplomats who have earned a complete tertiary qualification from a South African university or college that has been granted accreditation
• Students who wish to participate in the P1/P2 Experiential must produce a current statement from their educational institution stating the necessity of participating in the program
• In the event that an application is selected, the candidate will be required to undergo a comprehensive medical examination as well as a screening for any security risks
• Students who wish to participate in the P1/P2 Experiential must produce a current statement from their educational institution stating the necessity of participating in the program.
