Anova Health Institute s offering an employment opportunity for keen candidates who are looking for a professional position as a Social Auxiliary Worker. In order to provide comprehensive and patient-centered psychosocial aspects of HIV Care at our supported health facilities and in our outreach campaigns, the Anova Health Institute Job Vacancy as Social Auxiliary Worker is seeking a Social Auxiliary Worker who is passionate about leading a team of Men who have sex with other Men (MSM).

Selected candidates will be required to perform the duties below:

• Give MSMs participating in the program with secure and private psychological or crisis interventions
• Support for trauma containment may be given to MSM as needed
• Give MSM customers’ social reintegration and family reconciliation significant attention
• Check on each client’s compliance with ART, TB therapy, or PEP during follow-up visits
• Provide Outreach Workers with pre- and post-HIV testing counseling as needed
• Encourage the referral of whatever services the Individual needs
• Complete the necessary data gathering instruments
• Take part in the program’s general activities as appropriate
• Carry out program-related office administration tasks
• Regularly attend meetings, briefings, debriefings, staff meetings, and other events as instructed
• Make sure you uphold the organization’s culture and ideals and represent it with pride
• Serve as an example to help Senior Ambassadors, MSM, and Outreach Workers improve their behavior for the better.
