Eskort is looking for candidates who would like to obtain a professional job opportunity as a Retail Assistant Manager based in North West, Potchefstroom. The role of Retail Assistant Manager at Eskort involves supporting the Retail Manager in overseeing and directing all aspects of store operations to ensure seamless functionality and enhanced profitability. This position requires actively promoting and boosting customer engagement to drive foot traffic and elevate satisfaction levels. Additionally, the Retail Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining optimal stock levels to meet customer demands consistently.
Your other duties also include the following:
- Place orders with manufacturers and other suppliers
- Follow up on placed orders
- Oversee deliveries, delivery schedules, and stock upon arrival
- Receive incoming stock orders
- Report any delivery discrepancies or damages
- Ensure prompt follow-up on undelivered stock items
- Provide daily reports on stock levels
- Generate reports on stock depletion for cashiers
- Reconcile stock receipts regularly

- Uphold high standards of HACCP throughout the store
