The TFC (The Fuel Company) Fuel Station Operations Learnership is a work-based programme that allows you to obtain a recognized national qualification and consists of learning in an educational setting (theory) as well as learning through structured work experience (practice).

Participation in all classroom-based study blocks for a period of up to 12 months at a rate of two days per month is required for successful completion of the Learnership. The remaining time must be allocated to practical exposure at the branch level.

If you are selected for this learnership, one additional perk is that after the program is finished, competent learners will be given preference for permanent employment if there is a vacancy for a permanent position. This is an added benefit of being chosen for the learnership.
