About the WesBank Youth Development Learnership 2022
WesBank is offering a Youth Development Learnership for anybody looking to obtain a formal qualification as you receive the necessary work experience. The WesBank Youth Development Learnership is a wonderful learnership that provides you with the fundamentals of the youth development industry. A defined curriculum will be followed during the duration of the program, which will include both theoretical examinations and practical working sessions that will take place in a real-world workplace context. As you work your way towards a certification, you will be encouraged to make significant progress under the supervision of expert training providers.

When hired, the Learner will be responsible for completing duties that will enable the company to achieve set work goals such as research, analysis, administrative chores and process and project work that will bring value to the business area. In order to complete the qualification, the Learner will be asked to meet all of the prerequisites. Additional work-related training will be offered if it is deemed appropriate.
