About the Volkswagen Experiential Traineeship 2026
Volkswagen is currently searching for candidates who would like to obtain an experiential traineeship for candidates who need practical and direct training with the company. The Volkswagen Experiential Traineeship is designed for individuals who are completing practical, hands-on training within the organization in order to gain real-world workplace experience in a specific field or role. This structured exposure enables trainees to complete their required logbooks, which are essential for obtaining a National N Diploma.

The programme runs over a fixed period of 18 months, commencing on 01 March 2026 and concluding on 31 August 2027.
